Tove Jansson: Comet in Moominland (Hardback Collectors' Edition)

These beautifully finished books are faithful to their original 1950s and '60s cover art and layout. Comet in Moominland is one of the first Moomin books ever, and the most adventurous of them all. When mysterious signs start to appear of a strange star with a tail, young Moomintroll and his friend Sniff set off to consult the professors in the distant Lonely Mountains. Along the way they meet friends who will become key characters in the series, including Snufkin and Snorkmaiden.
